Course Information

Father Lawrence is teaching an adult education series based on the best selling book entitled The Holy Spirit & You by Dennis and Rita Bennett. No other book has been more instrumental in helping Christians understand the Holy Spirit and live a spirit-filled life. This study guide to living a spirit-filled life has been translated into 16 languages and has sold over a million copies. In 1985, it was chosen by the Christian Booksellers Convention as one of the most significant books published in the past 25 years.

This Christian education series covers such topics at the "Baptism of the Holy Spirit," discovering and using spiritual gifts, the gifts of tongues, how to receive a personal prayer language, and how to have a meaningful relationship with the third person of the Trinity. Books are available from Father Lawrence for $10. Each week there is a handout for the next session with study notes and questions to help guide the discussion. This series is a true educational experience and an opportunity for every person to strengthen his or her spiritual life and live a deeper life of discipleship.

Father Lawrence is teaching this series at Canterbury House on Wednesday evenings at 7PM.
