The sermons have been brought up to date again – through today, January 15, 2012.  Additionally, since we have a new year upon us, the sermons from 2011 have been broken off onto their own archive page.   Please see the Sermons page for information and links to older sermons.

The new sign-up sheet for altar flowers for 2012 is posted on the bulletin board in the Parish Hall. The cost remains $50 for the two arrangements. Our policy is that if no one signs up for flowers in any given week there will not be any flowers on the altar that week.

Fr. Lawrence will be teaching the book of Acts today in Adult Education after the 9:30am service. Deacon Sheri is teaching the book of Judges on Wednesday nights at 7pm.  Come and enjoy “God’s story” in two of the most dramatic books of the Bible.

The Men’s Breakfast will be Saturday, January 21st at 8am – we will meet at Christ the Redeemer.   This meeting will feature the next segment of James MacDonald’s study, “Lord, Change My Attitude Before It’s Too Late.”

Bible Study, worship, great fellowship, and MANFOOD orchestrated by Mike, Alan, Tim, Chris, and the rest of the regular kitchen gang are the staples of the CTR Men’s Breakfasts! The October breakfast featured Tim’s elk burgers! Who knows what our manly CTR chefs will cook up next?

Some exciting news!

On Sunday morning, March 25th, Bishop Felix Orji will be at Christ the Redeemer to worship with us.

Additionally, he will be here for confirmation, as well!   It will be a joyful morning, you won’t want to miss that!!

On Ash Wednesday, February 22nd, there will be two services held at 7am and 7pm.  Since Ash Wednesday is a fasting day in the Anglican Church there will be no pot-luck dinner.  Also there will be no classes that  evening.  There will be a nursery provided for children 3 years old and younger at the 7pm service.

We welcome Zane Mall, the newest member of the Body of Christ at CTR as he is baptized this morning!!

The clergy wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to the congregation for their generous gifts and expressions of love to us during the season of the Incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you all for each of the ways you make us feel special and appreciated.

Morning Prayer Services have begun again after the holidays. The services are Tuesdays at 7:30am and Thursdays at 9:00am at the Broadway Campus.
