It's intended to be a come and go time so anyone can come by for a few minutes on the way to work. Drop in any Wednesday morning to pray, or call Bonnie at 972-240-4545 if you are interested in praying for this ministry. Each Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday there will be a co-ed low-impact aerobics class held in the Parish Hall. We have gone to one class, starting at 9:30. Wear comfortable, but modest, clothing (no bare midriffs please). The exercise uses 2lb. weighted balls, which are optional. If you want them, Wal Mart has them for under $10. If you have any questions, contact Deacon Sheri.
